Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed 2D or 3D designs or models of parts and assemblies.
  • Use specialized software to create and modify designs according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve product design, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Ensure designs conform to industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Generate technical drawings, bills of materials, and other documentation needed for production.
  • Test prototypes and recommend design modifications to achieve optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements to design processes or methodology.
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in CAD technology and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding design details, specifications, and tolerances.
  • Work efficiently and independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Running tests before the start of operations.
  • Programming and monitoring machines when assembling products.
  • Inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify parts needing repair.
  • Producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
  • Maintaining equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards and keeping detailed part records.
  • Inspecting finished products and leading test runs.
  • Producing specific parts and components, usually in an industrial setting.

Required Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of at least one of the following: Advanced Composites, Advanced Mold Building, 3D CAD drafter/design, Fit and Finish of Composite Parts

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Prime Contractor and Adrenaline.
  • Order and plan material according to program needs and schedules.
  • Coordinate program with other managers and employees on the program.
  • Attend weekly update meetings with the Prime and communicate the status of the program.
  • Help with the physical design, building, and fitting applications of the program.
  • Develop Quality Control documents that document step by step of the build and fitting process.
  • Ensure the program is being properly funded by communicated timeline and payment schedules with the company Controller.

Required Skills:

  • Must be skilled in marine mechanics.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Mercury Outboard Engine Installation.
  • Must know engine systems and how to maintain and service them.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be mechanically and electrically inclined.
  • Must be able to be in confined spaces for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and goal driven.

  • Must be skilled in Wiring and installing audio and electronic systems.
  • Must have at least 1 year of installing audio and stereo systems.
  • Must have 2 years of experience wiring electrical systems and all of its components.
  • Must have experience wiring LED lights.
  • Must be able to be in confined spaces for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and goal driven.
  • Must have a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Garmin technology
  • Experience with Fusion technology
  • Marine technologies
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Salary:

  • $17/hr – $27/hr Depending on Years of experience in a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Must have at least 2 years in the automotive repair and paint industry.
  • Must be able to spray large and small parts.
  • Must be knowledgeable on up-to-date auto paint technologies.
  • Must be able to paint in small, enclosed places (i.e., boat cabins and compartments)
  • Must have a steady hand and an eye for detail.
  • Must know the 2-step paint process.
  • Must be team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Must have a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledgeable of how different paint brands perform.
  • Knowledgeable of how to do large repairs.
  • Knows how to buff.
  • Open to learning new techniques.
  • Can spot imperfections and correctly fix them.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
