Required Skills:
- Must have at least 2 years in the automotive repair and paint industry.
- Must be able to spray large and small parts.
- Must be knowledgeable on up-to-date auto paint technologies.
- Must be able to paint in small, enclosed places (i.e., boat cabins and compartments)
- Must have a steady hand and an eye for detail.
- Must know the 2-step paint process.
- Must be team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Must have a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledgeable of how different paint brands perform.
- Knowledgeable of how to do large repairs.
- Knows how to buff.
- Open to learning new techniques.
- Can spot imperfections and correctly fix them.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
