Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed 2D or 3D designs or models of parts and assemblies.
  • Use specialized software to create and modify designs according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve product design, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Ensure designs conform to industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Generate technical drawings, bills of materials, and other documentation needed for production.
  • Test prototypes and recommend design modifications to achieve optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements to design processes or methodology.
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in CAD technology and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.

We’re hiring Hardware Technicians who are highly skilled, detail-obsessed, and mission-driven. You’ll be hands-on in the fabrication and installation of complex hardware systems on next-gen composite platforms. This is not your average tech job — we’re looking for individuals who thrive under pressure, problem-solve on the fly, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install advanced mechanical hardware: hinges, latches, hatches, panels, and more
  • Trim, fit, and assemble composite structures with tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and hardware installation guides
  • Fabricate custom components as needed to integrate systems seamlessly
  • Install and route wiring harnesses and associated electrical components
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment with care and expertise
  • Troubleshoot, adapt, and improvise to resolve build challenges as they arise
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and build teams to maintain high standards

As an Advanced Composite Technician, you will be at the forefront of building high-performance parts using advanced materials like prepreg and vacuum infusion processes. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic are key to success. Whether you’re laminating and constructing composite parts or working with infusion systems, you’ll be directly contributing to the strength and precision of our vessels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Laminate and construct parts using advanced composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc.)
  • Utilize vacuum infusion techniques to create high-quality, durable parts
  • Work with prepreg materials for advanced structural components, including post-cure baking in an oven
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment, ensuring all processes are followed to spec
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules
  • Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure that all components meet strict quality standards
  • Continuously improve processes for efficiency and quality
  • Work with engineering teams to improve designs and create optimized solutions

As a Body Work Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in perfecting the appearance and structure of our composite parts. Your work will require a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of bodywork, and the skill to assemble and finish parts to exact tolerances. Whether it’s trimming and assembling complex composite parts, sanding and fairing surfaces to create a seamless finish, or fixing imperfections, your craft will be at the heart of the finishing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trim, assemble, and fit parts to tight tolerances, ensuring smooth, precise, and flawless assembly
  • Sand, fair, and smooth surfaces to achieve a flat, seamless finish with a focus on precision
  • Repair and restore composite parts, fixing cracks, blemishes, and imperfections to restore parts to like-new condition
  • Work with industry-standard fairing compounds, primers, and sealants to properly prepare surfaces
  • Mix and apply fairing compounds and primers to ensure smooth surfaces with no defects
  • Correct surface blemishes, including sanding and fairing complex lines, edges, and corners
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow strict safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure high standards of quality
  • Maintain a fast pace while producing high-quality results under pressure

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in bodywork or composite repair (marine experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of fairing compounds, primers, sealants, and how to mix and apply them correctly
  • Skilled in sanding, fairing, and repairing surfaces to meet high cosmetic and functional standards
  • Ability to fix imperfections, smooth out surfaces, and achieve flawless finishes
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail — we need someone who can achieve the perfect finish, every time
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to production schedules
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to producing top-quality results
  • Previous experience in automotive, marine, or composite bodywork a plus, but we are happy to train the right person

Required Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience of at least one of the following: Advanced Composites, Advanced Mold Building, 3D CAD drafter/design, Fit and Finish of Composite Parts

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Prime Contractor and Adrenaline.
  • Order and plan material according to program needs and schedules.
  • Coordinate program with other managers and employees on the program.
  • Attend weekly update meetings with the Prime and communicate the status of the program.
  • Help with the physical design, building, and fitting applications of the program.
  • Develop Quality Control documents that document step by step of the build and fitting process.
  • Ensure the program is being properly funded by communicated timeline and payment schedules with the company Controller.
